Bouillabaisse de Marseille et sa Rouille 30 / Fresh fish du jour, clams, mussels, shrimp, and scallops in a tomato fennel and saffron broth and topped with a Rouille sauce, served with toast points.


Cassoulet de Toulouse 28 / Braised lamb shoulder, house-made duck leg confit, house-made pork belly confit, Toulouse sausage, ventrèche, and imported French Tarbais beans, cooked for hours to perfection.


Confit de Cuisse de Canard 27 / Duck leg and thigh house-made confit, low simmered and preserved, served with traditional Sarladaises potatoes and petite peas.


Boeuf Bourguignon 26 / A French favorite, beef marinated in wine and herbs for 24 hours, then slow simmered in a house-made brown veal stock and red wine with mushrooms, onions, potatoes, and carrots -- served with a side of bread.


La Sole de Douvre Meunière 28 / Dover sole seared in brown butter, topped lemon, fresh parsley, and served with fresh lemon, farro, and a red pepper coulis.


Ratatouille Niçoise (Vegan) 20 / Eggplant, yellow crook-neck squash, zucchini, onions, garlic, tomatoes, served with a side of bread.


Filet Mignon topped with Roquefort 32 / Chef Richard's signature dish! House-cut filet mignon served over truffle scented macaroni, topped with Roquefort cheese, a prosciutto crisp, balsamic reduction drizzle, and served with garlic kale.
